Villa rates: Winter, November 1-Apr 30 except holidays, $1700 per night plus 16% tax; Summer, May 1-Oct 31: $1,200 per night plus 16% tax; Thanksgiving and Easter, $1800 per night plus 16% tax; Christmas, $2500 per night plus 16% tax; New Years, $3500 per night plus 15% tax.
