Each en-suite bedroom with its own cable television and balcony with ocean view, the master with its own sitting terrace. The fourth bedroom is up a private stairway and has a whimsical design perfect for children.

The villa has been recently remodeled and the architecture has a Mediterranean influence with vaulted ceilings, hand painted murals and tile floors. The villa has been professionally decorated and is finished with antique doors, one of a kind decorative pieces and original paintings and sculpture.

One of Vallarta's loveliest beach-front properties, the villa features fully equipped modern kitchen with gourmet appliances, spacious living and dining area opening onto the terrace, traditional timber beams, gas burning grill, recirculating hot water, elevator, telephone, laundry room and an in-house water purification system. This perfect oceanfront vacation villa has a large infinity pool of 4-1/2 by 10 meters, while the sundeck terrace with its own bar provides ample a relaxing space sun bathing, with lovely views of Banderas Bay. Staff includes a houseman, maid, and cook who can prepare two meals per day.
