CDH-3  Conchas Chinas villa - Recently totally remodeled, beautiful three bedroom villa in the Conchas Chinas area. The main house with its two bedrooms and three baths is built in the traditional Mexican open hacienda style with red tile roof and high wood beam ceilings, spacious living and dining areas that open onto a terrace with wide Bay views. There are two master bedrooms upstairs with king bed, private bath and ocean views. The casita next door has a loft bedroom with queen size bed upstairs and a king bed downstairs, as well as kitchenette with refrigerator, small living area, ocean view and a separate entrance from the house.

Villa features dipping pool with sunning deck and palapa bar, large screen cable TV stereo entertainment center with CD and DVD players, ceiling fans, high speed wireless internet, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and blender, washer and dryer, safe, iron and ironing board. All bedrooms with a/c. Staff of manager, gardener and maid with service six days a week. Great views from every level of this lovely villa. Sleeps six to eight (6-8) guests. There is a $30/day pool heat charge if the clients decide they want the pool heated. Short 10-12 minute stroll to Los Muertos beach. $300.00 security deposit.

Smoking only outside, please. Along with its sister villa, the two bedroom CO-1, could give a total of 5 bedrooms.
