CO-1  Conchas Chinas Villa - Beautiful two story, two bedroom Puerto Vallarta villa built in the traditional Mexican hacienda style with red tile roof, high wood beam ceilings and whitewashed walls. The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, television, bath and its own nice sized terrace with a good ocean view; the downstairs bedroom has a king, bath, TV and opens onto the sun deck and pool area with some bay view. The stylishly decorated vacation villa has a spacious living and dining area, two big baths, overhead fans, two satellite televisions with one in each bedroom, air conditioning in bedrooms, high speed wireless internet, stereo/CD player with tape collection, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender, outdoor charcoal grill, iron and ironing board, bottled water, washer/dryer, purified cold water in the kitchen and maid service six days a week. This lovely Puerto Vallarta villa has approximately 2,000 square feet inside; the total with patios, decks and grounds is around 3,400 sq. ft.

There is a safe for personal belongings, the owners have lock and key, but it is suggested that the client bring their own combination lock. Several flight of stairs up to the villa from street level, about 70 stairs. The Casa Owaissa has been recently remodeled and is a popular choice over the years for its beauty, location and price. Cook may sometimes be available for extra (depending on availability). For a good tip, Maria the maid/cook could do guest laundry and ironing. Smoking outside only please. $250.00 refundable security deposit. 

Los Muertos Blue chairs gay beach within 9-11 minute walk or so; short taxi ride to all South Side relaxing sidewalk cafes, fine restaurants and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, bars and cantinas.

Staff of houseman/gardener, maid and English speaking house manager, six days a week. Four (4) guests maximum. 

Villa Rates: Winter: December 15-March 31 except holidays, $315 per night; Shoulder: April 1-May 31 and November 1-December 14, $250 per night; Summer: June-October, $190 per night. Holidays, Christmas and New Years week, $380 per night and seven (7) night minimum.
