The upstairs master bedroom has a king bed, television, bath and its own nice sized terrace with a good ocean view; the downstairs bedroom has a king/two twins, television and opens onto the sun deck and pool area with bay view. The stylishly decorated villa has a spacious living and dining area, two big baths, overhead fans, two satellite televisions with one in each bedroom, air conditioning in bedrooms, high speed wireless internet, stereo/CD player with tape collection, DVD player, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender, washer/dryer and maid service six days a week. Approximately 2,000 sq. ft. inside; total with patios, decks and grounds is 3,400 sq. ft. Recently remodeled and a popular choice.  Security deposit.

Staff: house manager, houseman/gardener and maid. Four (4) guests maximum.

Winter: Dec 15-Mar 31 except holidays, $310 per night; Shoulder: Apr 1-May 31 and Nov 1-Dec 14, $250 per night; Summer: Jun-Oct, $188 per night. Holidays extra.
