Classic resort villa with easy access to beach and town, located just a few blocks up from the second entrance to the exclusive Conchas Chinas residential area, less than a mile south of Old Town Vallarta. High ceilings, gleaming marble floors and spacious terraces with breathtaking views of the bay add a sense of romance to this recently constructed multi-level villa.

The villa has been built to offer all the best in resort design with sweeping vistas, arches and columns, carved wooden doors, and fabulous stained glass windows by an international artist. The large foyer opens onto an elegant living/entertaining/dining area that extends onto two terraces. Floor to ceiling windows providing stunning views from all areas of the villa. A dramatic staircase takes you up to three bedrooms and a media room on the upper level. The villa has six bedrooms total on three different levels providing plenty of privacy for guests. Two kings, one queen, one double, and 2 bedrooms with two twin beds each.

The pool area is on the lower level and has a large seating area with couches, lounges and a table. The pool features a beautiful hand painted orchid and overlooks Banderas Bay. Two bedrooms are on this pool level as well.

The villa has been built to offer all the best in resort design with high ceilings, arches and columns, carved wooden doors, and fabulous stained glass windows by an international artist. There are three televisions including a 46" flat screen in the media room. An added bonus is a Precor treadmill to keep in shape while on holiday. Access to Conchas Chinas beach, bus stop and taxi just few blocks down the hill. Smoking on terraces only please.

Minimum five (5) night rental; seven (7) nights for holidays. Winter Rates Nov 1-Apr 30: $1,200 per night; Summer Rates May 1-Oct 31: $900 per night; Holiday Rates: $1,800 per night. Rates include tax.
