A very private eight/ten bedroom, nine bath (with three half baths), 14,000 sq. ft. romantic multi-leveled hillside villa in the Alta Vista area, with tremendous views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay. Beaches and the town center are a leisurely walk away and there is plenty of terrace and patio space for sunning and relaxation. The villa features a 20' by 40' tiled swimming pool, satellite television, VCR, CD, stereo, a 9' by 13' jacuzzi and the 1400 sq. ft. view and sun terrace, with comfortable sun beds and shade umbrellas, pool bar and offering 360-degree views. One of Vallarta's premier vacation villas with breathtaking views, terraced gardens that fill the grounds, many open verandas, lounge and dining room that feature panoramic views of Vallarta and Banderas Bay.
All bedrooms are air conditioned. The ten bedrooms consist of 6 King bedrooms, 2 queen bedrooms and 2 bedrooms with twin beds. If you have reserved the villa with 8 bedrooms only, two rooms will be locked during your stay. Eight rooms have en suite bathrooms, while two rooms share a bathroom. All bathrooms have large, all-tiled, showers/tubs.
Catered dining in the formal dining room with a private chef and sous-chef who pride themselves in tailoring the menu to your personal needs. Breakfast buffet features home baked fresh coffee cakes/muffins, fresh fruit, juices and coffee. In-house menu is extensive and tantalizing.
Additional features include: an air-conditioned media room featuring a home entertainment system with USA digital satellite, a 54’ HDTV – DVD/CD with 5.1 sound surround and theater seating for 20; high speed internet connection and wireless router; CD Player at the pool and in the dining room; private spa terrace for daily in-house spa treatments for massages, facials, pedicures or manicures. Full staff services includes chef, sous-chef, English speaking hostess, houseman/waiter and housemaid.
May be rented as an eight (8) bedroom villa, with
sixteen guests max; or as a ten (10) bedroom, twenty guests max. Minimum
seven nights during the high season, Sat to Sat only. There is no service
on Sundays unless special arrangements are made. Security deposit.
