This recently constructed villa is in sight of lush tropical jungle and boasts amazing views of Banderas Bay and the surrounding Sierra Madre mountains. View fantastic sunsets from the beautiful terrace and covered sitting areas. Cool off in the pool or have a drink at the outdoor palapa bar as you watch the sun go down. Five inviting bedroom suites with private baths, large upper terraces, a comfortable living room, and full staff make this villa a relaxing location.

Villa is situated just a few minutes from the vibrant South Side with its fine restaurants and lively nightlife. Architectural details by well-known local architect Arturo Ramos include cantera stonework, beautiful hardwoods and vaulted ceilings. The clean lines and dramatic open spaces contrasted by vibrant art works throughout the house create a luxurious place to spend an enjoyable vacation.

Property features: Three bedrooms with king bed, one with queen and one with two queens, each with ensuite bath and min-split a/c. Large upper level terraces off three bedrooms, solar heated dipping pool and spa tub, satellite TV, high speed wireless internet, DVD/VCR with movie and games library, stereo CD player, Vonage with unlimited calls to the US and Canada, purified water system, fully equipped kitchen, BBQ, hairdryers, iron and ironing board, some panoramic views of Banderas Bay and the surrounding Sierra Madre mountains. Short walk down to the Conchas Chinas beaches; 15 minute walk or so to the Puerto Vallarta gay beach and the hillside location in the Conchas Chinas-Amapas neighborhood ensures pretty rapid access to the best in restaurants, shopping and the exciting Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife with a quick taxi ride.    

Maid, cook and houseman/mozo service for 6 days a week (Staff is off on Sundays and Mexican holidays). Maximum of ten-twelve (10-12) guests. Minimum seven (7) nights during high season winter months; five (5) nights minimum during summer. No pets allowed. 

Note: 50% of the total rental fee must be paid within four-five (4-5) days after the reservation has been made. The remaining 50% must be paid 60-65 days prior to the arrival date. For all Christmas, New Year's, Thanksgiving, Easter, or Holiday reservations full payment is due at time of reservation. A $700 refundable security deposit is due upon reservation
