Located in Conchas Chinas, the "Beverly Hills"" of Puerto Vallarta, ths luxurious villa provides one of Puerto Vallarta's most luxurious vacation experiences with a total of 12 bedrooms and 14 baths in 24,000 square feet of living space and terraces. Cleverly designed on 4 levels, with 3 large terraces and 2 pools, it can accommodate a large group of friends or family for an elegant stay in Puerto Vallarta.

The main level consists of completely open primary living, dining and bar areas, completely open and perfect for entertaining, with unparalleled views of all Banderas Bay, the mountains and coastline south to Cabo Corrientes. The two floors above have seven en-suite bedrooms with an upper terrace area and infinity pool with jacuzzi that overflows into the dipping pool on the main level, creating a dramatic waterfall in the dining room.

From the main level, a spiral staircase descends to a large game room with wet bar, pool table, CD player, high speed wireless internet an a large screen satellite television. Outside is a 2,000 square foot terrace, plus access to 5 additional bedrooms, arranged in 3 suites with living rooms. To help you feel comfortable, each of the 12 bedrooms has air conditioning, telephone, plush robes, hairdryers, and a variety of bath amenities, as well as lovely bay views (except for one bedroom with mountain views only). Total of twelve king beds and up to 7 single beds can be set up for an extra charge.

The villa has a purification system and bottled water is also available. Five star services include full time chauffeur and car, gourmet chef, cook, wait staff, maid service, bartenders, evening turn down services, airport transportation and activities director to help you plan some fun. This plush villa features a food and beverage plan with full-time chef and wait staff, offering three-meal service including food at $65/pp/per day plus tax, taking care of any concerns about food shopping and preparation. The plan includes open national bar, breakfast, lunch, snack bar between lunch and dinner, gourmet formal dinner, one Mexican fiesta. Extra charges for parties, etc.
