LSP-6   Lower Conchas Chinas villa - This elegant Mexican style 10,500 sq. ft. six or seven bedroom villa on five levels has been completely remodeled to provide guests with every amenity for a luxurious stay, including a large gourmet kitchen, heated pool in the inner courtyard with garden views, mini-split a/c in all bedrooms, and seven baths. Las Puertas luxury villa has six bedrooms with king beds; five of those ensuite with private bath. An additional 7th bedroom, with two twin beds, adjoins the master suite and shares its bath (this bedroom has a door but guests will have to pass through master bedroom suite to enter; thus more suitable for children). Four bedrooms with ocean view, one with garden view, one with no view. This luxury vacation rental is famous for the numerous outdoor living areas including the fiesta terrace that features wet bar, living and dining areas and large jacuzzi splash pool. Upgraded and decorated by Peter Bowman, one of Architectural Digest's worlds top 100 designers. Located on a bluff above a sandy beach, so approximately 90 steps down to Conchas Chinas beach.

Villa features various terraces with ocean views, five cable televisions, wireless internet, CD and DVD players, a large jacuzzi/splash pool capable of fitting eight or so, and with sunset/ocean views, ceiling fans, and a water purification system. The living and dining areas on the main level open onto a spacious terrace; down one level is the jacuzzi and the fiesta terrace with ample seating and dining space as well as an outdoor bar. Beautifully decorated with native and imported crafts and original art work. Private stairway down to Conchas Chinas beach. Staff includes houseman, maid, grounds keeper and cook who can prepare two meals per day except for Sunday and Mexican holidays.

An easy 10-15 minute walk to South Side Puerto Vallarta gay restaurants, cafes and stores and just several blocks to the Blue and Green Chairs of the well-known Puerto Vallarta gay beach. Sleeps up to fourteen (14) people. Seven (7) night minimum in February and March. This Puerto Vallarta luxury villa has a $700 refundable security deposit. Villa rates: As a 6 or 7 bedroom villa: Nov 1-Apr 30: $1,750 per night; May 1-Oct 31, $1,250 per night; Christmas and New Years weeks, $2,750 per night. Taxes are included but not staff gratuity; please be generous. Until the vacation rental is confirmed, rates on this website are subject to change without notice. Final payment is due at 45-50 days before arrival, except for holidays at 70 days before arrival.
