CRE-3 Conchas Chinas villa - This unique 8,000 sq. ft. round villa, designed by internationally acclaimed Mexican architect Alejandro Zohn, is graced by vibrant color and lavish art from many renowned artists. The main level includes kitchen, dining and living areas that open onto a spacious sundeck terrace, lovely infinity pool and large palapa covered mirador/outdoor living area overlooking Banderas Bay and the town. The two level upstairs have three bedrooms and a spacious media room with giant screen TV. The fourth bedroom-apartment located off the main level kitchen area has its own kitchenette, bath, small sitting area and terrace with stream and garden view. The villa rooftop has a palapa and sundeck terrace for lounging as well as a lookout tower with magnificent views of the Bay and town.
The villa has several different private terraces and the largest garden area of any lower Conchas Chinas villa, featuring several dozen species of local plants, palms and orchids, a koi pond and a sprinkler system that can simulate a tropical rainfall. Sandy Conchas Chinas beaches are just a few moments away and the main South Side area a short 15 minute stroll.
Villa amenities include: Three or four ensuite bedrooms with two king and two queen beds, the two upper bedrooms with queen beds and A/C; seven baths; a fine collection of pre-Columbian and modern art throughout the villa; dining room with seating for eight; satellite TV; DVD and CD players; wireless high speed internet; gourmet kitchen; infinity pool; 2 palapas - one on the rooftop terrace, the other on the main sun-deck pool level. Two bedrooms without a/c. Staff includes maid, housekeeper and gardener. There is an additional charge of $50 per day for a two-meals a day cook, although for up to six (6) people the maid will do a light breakfast at no extra charge.
