Villa property includes: Four bedrooms with ensuite baths, a/c, private terraces & ocean views, 3 guest baths, solar heated pool (pool area is partially shaded, water temperature not as warm as gas heated pools), media room with large screen TV, DVD and game table, stereo with CD Bose speakers with iPod access + 2 additional iPod stereo docks, high speed wireless internet, and a gourmet kitchen with purified water from tap. Three bedrooms with king bed, one bedroom with queen bed. Please note: This luxury Puerto Vallarta villa is exclusively for the use of renters, no extra overnight guests allowed; small parties or gatherings involving additional persons are permitted with the consent of the local manager or owner.

Villa rental rate includes housekeeping and cook service for breakfast only, daily except Sundays and holidays. Extra meal service may be available for an additional fee; cost of food, beverage, taxi for shopping and tipping not included. Security deposit due at time of initial reservation deposit. Minimum five (5) nights vacation rental.

Villa rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $750 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $600 per night; Holidays: $1,100 per night.
