CLI-3  Alta Vista villa - Charming Mexican-style four bedroom, four bath casa located on a hillside overlooking the town and bay in the southern part of Puerto Vallarta known as the Alta Vista neighborhood. The main level has the living area with open concept kitchen, guest bath and two large bedrooms all opening onto a deep covered veranda in traditional hacienda style. This becomes additional outdoor living space for dining or just enjoying the view. Other architectural details of the Casa Libra include a lovely domed ceiling of natural brick in the living area, hand painted tiles in the kitchen and baths plus antiques and art pieces combined with modern comforts.

Villa's four bedrooms include the smaller one at garden level, two spacious bedrooms off the main terrace, and a large master suite with great views on the second floor. Located within blocks of the Romantic Zone and popular Los Muertos Beach, a vibrant and quaint district with everything from art galleries and sidewalk cafes to a range of nightlife.

Villa property includes: 4 bedrooms with two king beds, queen bed and two double beds, fully equipped kitchen, a heated dipping pool, cable TV, DVD and CD players, wireless internet, overhead fans, telephone for local calls, iron and ironing board, Views of the town and bay from the terrace. No air conditioning.

Los Muertos gay beach at the Blue Chairs within 9-11 minute walk or so; short stroll to all South Side relaxing sidewalk cafes, stores, fine dining spots and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, lounges, clubs and cantinas.

Daily maid service is included except for Sundays and Mexican holidays. A cook for breakfast service is available upon request and does not include the cost of groceries and tipping. A cook for dinner can be requested at an extra charge. Maximum eight (8) persons. Check in is 3pm; check out at Noon. $400.00 security deposit. No pets.

Villa rates: May 1-November 19, 2010, $460 per night; Thanksgiving: November 20-27, 2010, $660 per night; November 28-December 19, $460 per night; Christmas and New Years, Dec 20-Jan 3, $863 per night; January 4-April 21, 2011, $460 per night.
