CLF-1 Olas Altas - Two bedroom house with king bed in each bedroom, three baths, spacious living and dining areas, overhead fans, cable televisions, radio alarm clocks in bedrooms, CD player, phone for local calls, washer and dryer, and a large fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar, microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker. There are two living areas, one on the entrance level with the kitchen and the other upstairs with the bedrooms, both give to terraces that the run the length of the house and have ocean views. Small dipping pool in the common area. There is air conditioning in one of the house bedrooms. Maid service six (6) days per week.
Amenities include: cable/satellite TV; wireless internet; DVD player; off street parking. No smoking inside the house, but smoking outside on balcony areas ok; no pets allowed.
Recently renovated with new furnishings and appliances and plenty of art work on the walls. One block to Los Muertos beach and the blue chairs, short walk to the South Side fine restaurants, shopping and lively nightlife. Pleasant accommodations at a good price. Marianna the maid is available for cooking, ironing and laundry at an additional charge.
Note: Four (4) guests max. in the main house or may be combined with the small studio below, with a double bed, next to the dipping pool, for Mx (6) guests. Two or three bedroom house might also be combined with the CLF-2 two bedroom apartment to make a 4 or 5 bedroom villa rental. Subject to availability.
