Two bedrooms with a/c and private baths, master with a queen bed and the other with a two single beds, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker, CD and DVD players, cable TV, ceiling fans, and the living and dining area opening onto a balcony with nice views of the beach, Puerto Vallarta and bay to the north. The artwork is gorgeous and the furnishings represent true Mexican craftmanship. Maid service six times a week, Monday-Saturday. No pets, non-smoking unit. Kids ok. Sleeps four (4) guests.

Condo building includes two elevators, 24 hour reception/security, a pleasant beach-front restaurant and a common area heated rooftop pool and large sun deck terrace with spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta, Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains. Unlimited wireless internet available for 200 pesos flat fee. A common area laundry is available in the building. Just a few blocks of popular dining spots and cafes, shopping, and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife on the South Side and just over the Cuale River into downtown. Short 7-10 minute walk to the Blue chairs gay beach.
