VDS-95  Los Muertos beach Condominium - Ninth floor ocean-side penthouse condo in the largest condominium building located near the northern end of Los Muertos beach, with 113 condo units. Two bedrooms with a/c and private baths, master with a queen bed and the other with a two single beds, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker, CD and DVD players, cable TV, ceiling fans, and the living and dining area opening onto a balcony with nice views of the beach, Puerto Vallarta and bay to the north. The artwork is gorgeous and the furnishings represent true Mexican craftsmanship. Maid service six times a week, Monday-Saturday. No pets, non-smoking unit. Kids ok. Sleeps four (4) guests. Note: There is a $300 refundable security deposit with this condominium that I hold for my clients in case of damages and send back within a week of your departure.

Condo building includes two elevators, 24 hour reception/security, a pleasant beach-front restaurant and a common area heated rooftop pool and large sun deck terrace with spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta, Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains. Unlimited wireless internet available for 200 pesos flat fee. A common area laundry is available in the building. Just a few blocks of popular dining spots and cafes, shopping, and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife on the South Side and just over the Cuale River into downtown. Short pleasant 7-10 minute walk to the wolrd famous Blue Chairs gay beach.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $240 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $135 per night; Holidays: Dec 20-Jan 3, $280 per night. (Condominium prices as of Jan 2011.
