VDS-715  Los Muertos beach condo - Seventh floor ocean-side condo in the largest condominium building on Los Muertos beach, Vista del Sol, with 113 units. Two bedrooms, the master has a king size bed with ensuite with tub and shower, and a walkout to the terrace. The guest bedroom has two single beds which can be converted to a king. Condo with spacious living area and the dining table has seating for six, fully equipped large kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender, toaster oven, and coffee maker, satellite television in living room and both bedrooms, phone, DVD-CD player, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, and a balcony with a nice southern view of los Muertos beach, Banderas Bay and the South Side.

Maid service six (6) days per week, excluding Sunday. Wireless internet service available at a small fee. Maximum of four (4) persons, minimum seven (7) nights for high season. No pets; smoking on terrace only.

Condo building includes two elevators, 24 hour reception/security, a pleasant beach-front restaurant and a common area heated rooftop pool and large sun deck terrace with spectacular views of Puerto Vallarta, Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains. A common area laundry is available in the building. Just a few blocks of popular dining spots and cafes, shopping, and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife on the South Side and just over the Cuale River into downtown. Short 7-10 minute walk to the Blue chairs gay beach. Saturday to Saturday rentals preferred. Maximum four (4) persons allowed in this oceanfront vacation rental.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $245.00 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $165.00 per night; Holiday weeks of Christmas and New Years, $305.00 per night. (Prices on this website may be subject to change until reservation is confirmed.)
