PB-21  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor ocean-front 1,200 sq. ft. two bedroom Puerto Vallarta condo near the southern end of Los Muertos beach and right behind the Blue and Green chairs of gay beach in the Playa Bonita. Two king beds, two baths. Accommodation includes a second TV in the ocean front master bedroom; and the second bedroom, also with en suite bath, has a private entrance. Fully equipped granite topped kitchen with microwave, toaster, blender and coffee maker, nicely furnished, cable television in living room, CD and DVD players, washer and dryer, internet high speed DSL, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans, balcony with pleasant Los Muertos beach and Banderas bay view. No pets. Smoking only outside. Note: This condo requires a $500 refundable security deposit sent with the final payment, to be sent back within a seven (7) days of departure.

Condominium building with a large common area pool and sun-deck terrace, 24 hour private reception desk, security. Registered guests must wear the wrist band or carry the photo ID which is part of the condo regulations. Short walk or taxi to South Side stores, dining spots and festive Puerto Vallarta nightlife of gay clubs and cantinas. Maid service Wednesday and Saturday in this unit. Note: the PB condos are next door to the Blue Chairs gay hotel which usually has entertainment in the evening until approximately 10pm-11pm.

Rates: Mid-season: Apr 12-Jun 5 and Sept 30-Nov 20, $183 per night; Summer: Jun 6-Sept 29, $137 per night; Autumn: Nov 21-Dec 20, $218 per night; Winter: Jan 2-Apr 11, $265; Holidays: Dec 21-Jan 1, $345 per night. (Rates may be subject to change without notice and until confirmed)
