LP-22  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor ocean front/center condo. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two singles, two baths, ample living and dining area, balcony with a nice view of the whole bay and beach, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and bottled water, cable television, VCR, telephone, CD player, air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans. Sleeps four (4) guests maximum. Maid service six days a week (except for Sundays and Mexican holidays).

Condo building with staff of 15, large common rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of Vallarta and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, elevator, and one of Puerto Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants. Centrally located so a very short stroll to all South Side shopping, dining and vibrant Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, bars and lounges; two blocks to the Blue and Green chairs of the PV gay beach. Seven (7) night minimum for any holiday rentals.

Rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $190 per night; Summer: May and Oct, $150 per night and June-Sept, $125 per night; Holiday weeks: $230 per night. (Rates are subject to change without notice and until confirmed)
