LP-22  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor ocean front/center condo. Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two singles, two baths, ample living and dining area, balcony with a nice view of the whole bay and beach, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and bottled water, cable television, VCR, telephone, recently installed wireless internet, CD player, air conditioning in the bedrooms, ceiling fans. Sleeps four (4) guests maximum. Maid service six days a week (except for Sundays and Mexican holidays).

Condo building with staff of 15, large common rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of Vallarta and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, elevator, and one of Puerto Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants. Centrally located so a very short stroll to all South Side shopping, dining and vibrant Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, bars and lounges; two blocks to the Blue and Green chairs of the PV gay beach. Seven (7) night minimum for any holiday rentals.

Condo rates: Winter: November 1-April 30, $205 per night; Summer: May 1-October 31, $155 per night. Holiday weeks for Christmas and New Years: $225 per night. (Rates as of May 2011 are subject to change without notice and until confirmed.)
