Two bedrooms, one with a king bed and the other with two single, two baths, ample living and dining area, balcony at street level with street-side view only (no ocean view), fully equipped kitchen with stove, refrigerator, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender, cable television, air conditioning in bedrooms, wireless internet, ceiling fans, hair dryer, recently totally remodeled and nicely decorated. Maid service one (1) time per seven day rental. Approximately 1,010 square feet; a non-smoking vacation rental; no pets allowed.

Condo building with staff of fifteen (15), elevator, 24-hour reception desk and security, large common heated rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with splendid views of Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains, and one of the city's most popular romantic sea-side restaurants. La Palapa condos are centrally located so it's a short stroll or inexpensive taxi ride to all South Side laid-back sidewalk cafes, fine world class restaurants and unique stores, lively Vallarta gay nightlife of Mexican cantinas, clubs, show bars and lounges. It's a short two block, 2-3 minute walk to the the world-famous Blue & Green Chairs gay beach area.

The condo owner requests a $2-3 gratuity tip per day per guest to the maid. Rental unit sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum. Note: This Puerto Vallarta condo requires a $300 refundable security deposit sent with the final payment, to be sent back to the client within a week or so of departure.

Stroll along Los Muertos and then across the popular pedestrian bridge to the newly renovated malecon boardwalk in the Vallarta downtown area with its many tourist attractions, nightlife, dining spots and daily events. Note: This pleasant vacation rental is on the street level, the balcony is barred in and there is only street view, hence no ocean view.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $195 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $135 per night. Holiday weeks, Christmas and New Years, $240.00 per night. Three (3) nights minimum except for seven (7) nights during the holiday weeks.
