MDA-91 - Los Muertos Beach Condo - Welcome to Molino de Agua 901 located in the luxurious and upscale Residencias Molino de Agua on world-famous Los Muertos Beach, just a few steps from the Olas Altas street area, sometimes known as the Puerto Vallarta Zona Romantica or Romantic Zone. This well-furnished and very nicely decorated 3,678 square foot luxury condominium occupies the entire beach-front portion of the ninth floor of the Molino de Agua tower 1, approximately 150 feet from Banderas Bay. The spectacular and beautiful Puerto Vallarta sunsets from this rental unit will certainly be memorable.

Master bedroom includes: Approximately 315 sq. ft., king size bed, walk in closets, iPod alarm clock, ensuite bathroom with shower and jacuzzi tub, air conditioning and ceiling fans, a safe, 32" flat screen satellite TV, jungle, city, bay and mountain views.

2nd guest bedroom includes: Approx. 180 square feet, queen bed, closets, safe, a/c, ceiling fans, ensuite bathroom with shower, access to terrace with city and mountain view.

3rd bedroom includes: Approx. 180 square feet, 2 single beds which can be converted to a king size bed, safe, closet, ensuite bathroom with shower, a/c, alarm, ceiling fans, access to terrace with city and mountain view.

The living room area is equipped with a iPod docking system, DVD player and a 52" flat screen satellite TV, all controlled by one remote modern.

The Molino de Agua condo complex offers an elevator to your door, covered parking space, common area spacious infinity swimming pool, 24 hour security personnel, a gated entry, and is handicapped and wheelchair accessible (there may be some limitations). A tropical garden area next to the Cuale river and an elevated sandy beach with a large sunning area, hammocks and palm trees combine with easy walking access to all of Puerto Vallarta attractions including cafes and boutiques, art walks, the downtown malecon and more. The Puerto Vallarta gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs on Los Muertos beach is a short 10-11 minute stroll through the charming South Side.

This luxury 9th floor 3 bedroom, 3 bath Los Muertos beachfront condominium with a jacuzzi in the master bathroom has pretty much everything you might want or need on your holiday to tropical, easy-going Puerto Vallarta, from satellite television and washer-dryer to wireless internet. Incredible views from the large wrap-around balcony areas offer a BBQ grill for whenever you don't feel like going to any of the nearby first-rate Puerto Vallarta restaurants or popular dining spots of which there are dozens and dozens within a stone's throw, not to mention the nearby lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife.

Condominium amenities include: Balcony patio/deck (around 355 square feet), fully air conditioned, satellite TV, wireless internet, DVD player, jacuzzi in the master bedroom bath, fully equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and blender, washer and dryer in the laundry room, ceiling fans, local phone, linens and towels, iron and ironing board, alarm clock, hair dryer, BBQ grill, purified water system, safe in unit, Vonage with unlimited calls to Canada and the USA, a computer for tenants, and tremendous panoramic city, bay, jungle and Sierra Madre mountain views. For this condo rental, maid service three (3) times per week.

Note: As with most MDA vacation rental condos in Puerto Vallarta, there is a $500 refundable security deposit due with the final payment which is held for my clients in case of damages and sent back within a week or so of departure. A 50% deposit is due within 5-7 days to hold your initial booking. Final payment/balance due at 35-45 days before arrival, except for any holiday rentals which are due at 60-70 days before arrival.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $595 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $395 per night; Christmas and New Years weeks: Dec 20-Jan 3, $695 per night. Price includes taxes.
