CAMA-5  Lower Conchas Chinas villa -  One of the original homes built in the Conchas Chinas residential area, the Casa Las Amapas owner recently remodeled this charming five bedroom, six bath casa, retaining the best of the classic Puerto Vallarta villa style with a Mediterranean influence. The result is simple, elegant and very comfortable, with over 4,000 sq. ft. of living space that includes a large heated pool and terrace, full kitchen, den, and spacious front porch. This Puerto Vallarta villa's five bedrooms all with private bath, terrace and ocean views (two with partial ocean view and three bedrooms with full ocean view). The pool and nearby palapa are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation for privacy. The spacious upper terrace is perfect place to enjoy the sunset or lounge away the afternoon in the shade. The ocean’s edge sits just 35 feet from the main entertaining area, providing an incredible ambience from the sound of the surf and pleasant tropical breezes.

Villa features include: Purified water system throughout the house, heated pool, DVD and CD players, air conditioning in all bedrooms, overhead fans, high speed internet, cable TV, parking, telephone. Full staff of maid, houseman and cook who can prepare up to two meals a day except for Sunday and holidays.

Located ocean-front and just a short walk (approx. 1 block) to a beautiful sandy Conchas Chinas beach or 3-4 minutes over to the Blue chairs of the Puerto Vallarta gay beach and within decent walking distance or short taxi to the South Side with its shopping and thrilling PV gay nightlife. The main floor includes 2 bedrooms, the kitchen, dining area and a guest bath. The upper level includes two more bedrooms and the large living area; all have vaulted ceilings and open onto the upper terrace. The fifth bedroom is a spacious 2nd level Master with private entrance and a terrace with Bay view, TV/DVD and stereo. The beds are three kings, two singles/king, and two doubles. Ten (10) guests maximum. $700 security deposit.  Note: This casa is wheelchair friendly for a person to stay on the main floor and access the pool and dining area.

Bedrooms: #1 King size bed, private bath opens to main terrace w/partial ocean view; #2 Two single beds (or a king size), private bath, opens onto main terrace w/partial ocean view; #3 King size bed, private bath, full ocean view and terrace; #4 Two double beds, private bath, full ocean view and terrace; #5 Master suite with King size bed, private bath, TV, stereo, full ocean view and private terrace. The upper units all have mini-split a/c with remote control and the lowers have the regular a/c wall units. 

Winter: Nov 1-May 15, $900.00 per night; Summer: May 16-Oct 31, $700.00 per night; Holidays: $1,950.00 per night. Price includes taxes. Winter rates have been reduced from $1250 per night! Minimum five (5) night rental except seven (7) night minimum for Christmas and New Years holidays.
