VTI-5  Conchas Chinas villa - Attractive hillside Puerto Vallarta villa overlooking the southern end of Los Muertos beach that offers a vast beautiful view of the ocean and all of Puerto Vallarta, from one end to the other, and from nearly every room. Some fifteen thousand square feet of fully air conditioned luxury, making it the largest five bedroom villa in town. The five bedrooms each have their own decor, private bath and ocean view. Relax in the heated oversize pool or play tennis on your private lighted court built to USTA standards. Other amenities include AM/FM Cassette and CD sound system, cable TV, large sun deck terrace and a purified water system. Your privacy is assured as the villa comes with a complete security system. Four bedrooms with queen bed and the master suite with king bed.

Staff of four: cook, maid, houseman and property manager to attend to your needs. Two blocks down to Los Muertos and the Puerto Vallarta gay beach area; short 5-7 minute stroll to South Side shopping, restaurants and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife.  Children and pets welcome. Maximum of ten (10) guests for five (5) bedrooms. $500 refundable security deposit.

Villa features: Balcony, beach access, ceiling fans, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, free local calls, long distance and international calls, wireless internet service, cable TV, DVD, ipod station, VCR. Full kitchen with blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, oven, refrigerator and toaster. Outdoor features include heated pool, chaise lounges, outdoor gas and electric grill, patio area and sun deck, shower, wet bar.

Full villa rentals for 5 rooms may use the 6th bedroom adjoining guest suite for a family ensuite - this small room has a double bed (2 additional guests) and shares the bathroom with the main guest suite. This room is very basic and probably suitable only for kids or teens. $50.00/night surcharge for the room. Seventh bedroom with shared bathroom but great view available for teens or kids. Two roll-aways and a day bed. $50.00 per night surcharge for the room

Winter: Oct 15-May 15, 3/4/5 bedrooms: $750/$1000/$1200 per night; Summer: May 15-Oct 14, 3/4/5 bedrooms: $600/$750/$900 per night; Christmas/New Years weeks: $1500 per night for five bedroom villa.
