VTI-5  Conchas Chinas villa - Attractive hillside Puerto Vallarta villa overlooking the southern end of Los Muertos beach that offers a vast beautiful view of the ocean and all of Puerto Vallarta, from one end to the other, and from nearly every room. Some nineteen thousand square feet of fully air conditioned luxury, making it one of the largest 5 bedroom villas in Puerto Vallarta. The entire property covers some 30,000 square feet. The five bedrooms each have their own decor, private bath and some ocean view. Relax in the heated oversize pool or play tennis on your private lighted court built to USTA standards. Other amenities include DVD player, cable TV, large sun deck terrace area, purified water system, safe, and an iPod docking system and wireless internet in the living room of the villa. Your privacy is assured as this vacation rental comes with a complete security system.

Staff of three: cook, maid, and houseman to attend to your needs for six days a week (staff is off on Sundays and Mexican holidays). It usually works that the staff will prepare a late continental breakfast and return in the evening to prepare dinner. Two blocks down to Los Muertos and the Puerto Vallarta gay beach area; short stroll to South Side shopping, restaurants and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife. Maximum of ten (10) guests for five (5) bedrooms. Note: $800 refundable security deposit due with final payment.

Bedrooms arranged as follows: BR #1 - Master bedroom on main level of villa, with king sized bed, sitting area with cable TV, ensuite bath with shower, view of Bay and city, approximately 4,500 sq. feet. BR #2 - King bed, private bath, ocean and city views, 1800 sq. feet, on main level. Second Level: BR #3 - CA king bed, ensuite bath with shower, ocean and town view, 3100 sq. feet. BR #4 - King bed, ensuite bath with shower, ocean and city views, 2600 square feet. BR #5 - King sized bed, private bath with shower, 4500 sq. feet, ocean views. This bedroom can also be joined with the sixth smaller bedroom for kids for an extra charge

Villa features: Balcony, ceiling fans, central air conditioning, washer/dryer, free local calls, wireless internet service, cable TV, DVD player, stereo and iPod docking station, iron and ironing board. Fully equipped kitchen with blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, oven, refrigerator and toaster. Outdoor features include heated pool, chaise lounges, outdoor BBQ grill, patio area and sun deck, shower. Smoking only outside. Children welcome.

Full villa rentals for 5 bedrooms may use the 6th bedroom adjoining guest suite for a family ensuite - this small room has a double bed (2 additional guests) and shares the bathroom with the main guest suite. This room is very basic and probably suitable only for kids or teens. $50/night surcharge for the room. Seventh bedroom with shared bathroom but good views available for teens or kids. Two roll-aways and a day bed. $50 per night surcharge for the room

 Villa prices: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 16 and Jan 4-Apr 30: $1,200 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $900 per night; Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 17-Jan 3: $1,500 per night. Note: $800 refundable security deposit due with final payment. Rentals at five (5) nights minimum except for holidays at seven (7) nights minimum. Final payment is due at 65 days before arrival, except for holidays which is due at 90 days before arrival. The cancellation policy for this villa is not refundable. In the event the property is rented for the exact same period and for the same price by the owner or agent, you will receive a full refund less a non-refundable cancellation fee of 20% administration fee.
