VTI-5  Amapas/Conchas Chinas villa - An attractive hillside Puerto Vallarta villa overlooking the southern end of Los Muertos beach that offers a vast, beautiful view of the ocean and much of the town, from one end to the other and from nearly every room. Some 19,800 square feet of air conditioned luxury, making it one of the largest 5-6 bedroom villas in Vallarta. The entire property covers some 30,000 square feet. The six bedrooms each have their own decor, private bath, air conditioning, fans, and some ocean view. Relax in the heated oversize pool (8 feet by 30 feet) with pool cabana with wet bar, or play tennis on your private lighted court built to USTA standards.

The main house has two levels with 5 bedrooms, and a private casita with the 6th bedroom, a pool terrace with covered Cabana with wet bar, and tennis courts on the side. Enter through an iron gate off the coastal highway, down the steps into a private courtyard, thru antique doors to breathtaking views of the town and bay. You have arrived at the romantic and lovely Villa Tita. Villa Tita features: Six bedrooms, six 1/2 baths, balcony with views, ceiling fans, air conditioning in all bedrooms and main living and dining room, iPod dock/alarm clocks, free long distance and local telephone, wireless internet service, flat screen TVs in all bedrooms and a 70-inch television with blueray DVD player in main Media area, stereo system, filtered water system, safes. Fully equipped kitchen with blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, oven, refrigerator and toaster. Outdoor features include heated pool, chaise lounges, outdoor BBQ grill, patio area and sun deck, shower. Mamimum occupancy of two (2) persons per bedroom. No smoking, except outside/exterior areas only please. Children welcome, all children counted as guests. No pets are permitted. Please note: Like at all luxury villas in Puerto Vallarta, the Villa Tita is for the exclusive use of the registered guests only, no extra overnight guests allowed. Beach access by private stairs to Santa Barbara street, with approximately 80 stairs from pool level down to street level, and then two-three (2-3) blocks down to Los Muertos beach and the Blue and Green Chairs gay beach area.

Staff services: Staff of three (3) persons daily to attend to your needs for six days a week except Sundays & Mexican holidays : 1. Cook: Two meals per day, shopping, preparation, serving and clean up. 2. Houseman: serves meals, bartends and serves drinks, helps with luggage, cleans pool and basic maintenance details. 3. Housekeeper: general housekeeping and household linens: cleans bedrooms each day, changes beds twice (2 times) per week. Rates do not include food and beverages. Villa rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, 5/6 bedrooms: $1225/$1400 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, 5/6 bedrooms: $1025/$1200 per night; Holiday weeks: Christmas week, $2,250 per night; and for New Years week, $2,500 per night.
