VER-3 - Conchas Chinas villa - Charming three bedroom, four bath villa perfect for small groups. Recently renovated with fabulous views - located hillside in the exclusive Conchas Chinas residential area. All rooms on the main level open onto a large dipping pool and sunning area with spacious covered veranda that runs the length of the villa. High-end furnishings and linens, natural stone countertops and tiles, beautiful fixtures, original artwork and antiques combined with modern amenities give a contemporary edge to this classic Mexican hacienda style villa. The villa features media room with satellite plasma TV and DVD, high speed wireless internet, stereo in living room, heated pool, terrace and view. Two kings and two twins/king in the three bedrooms all of which have private bath, a/c, ocean view and terrace.

Lower level features kitchen, living and dining areas, a guest bath and media room plus 2 ensuite bedrooms. Master suite takes up the entire upper level. Bedrooms: BR 1 Master - King bed, view of town & bay, bath with tub; BR 2 - King bed, attached bath, opens onto veranda/pool area; BR 3 - Twin beds that can be converted to king, attached bath, opens onto veranda/pool area. Max. six (6) persons.

Great location less than one mile south of Old Town Vallarta. Just a few blocks down the hill to Mismaloya highway for easy access to taxi and bus. Walkable to town, beach access down the hill across the highway. Approximately 10-12 minute walk to Los Muertos beach.

Rate includes maid and partial cook service daily except Sun and holidays. Cook service for breakfast only; lunch or dinner service $50 usd extra per meal and the cost of food and beverage not included. Minimum five (5) night rental; seven (7) night min. for Christmas or New Years.

Winter Rates: Nov 1-Apr 30, $600 per night; Summer Rates: May 1- Oct 31, $450 per night; Holidays, $800 per night.
