VDA-5  Conchas Chinas villa - Located just one block from the bay and overlooking Conchas Chinas beach is a newly built five bedroom, five bath villa that is fully air conditioned. On the main level is the living room and dining area with high beamed ceilings and a fully equipped kitchen, all of which open on to a nice sized sundeck terrace. The private heated pool, together with large upper and lower terraces, makes a great spot for entertaining and viewing the beautiful sunsets. The master bedroom upstairs has a king bed with large tube, beamed ceiling and its own terrace with a large sitting and sunning area and ocean view. The three bedrooms on the main level have a king, two twins/king and a queen, and two of these have small balconies. The downstairs bedroom with queen bed.

Villa amenities include CD/cassette player, heated pool, wet bar, BBQ, high speed wireless internet, satellite TV and mini-split a/c units in all rooms. Full time housekeeper and a cook. No pets, no smoking. Maximum of ten guests. Seven (7) night minimum.

Villa Rates: Winter: $1,250 per night; Summer: $800 per night; Holiday weeks: $1,550 per night.
