A spiral staircase leads to the privacy of the master bedroom upstairs. Villa includes a dipping pool with its palapa and lounge chairs for relaxing and drinks. Completely walled in, it has security and seclusion yet offers guests splendid views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay from nearly every room on its hillside location in the Alta Vista area. Within walking distance to the popular South Side of town and Los Muertos beach.

Villa amenities include: Phone, air conditioning in bedrooms, cable TV, VCR and CD cassette players, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, blender, coffee maker, dishwasher, ice maker, private pool, washer & dryer, purified water in kitchen, overhead fans, covered parking, gas grill (BBQ).

Staff for six days a week includes houseman and maid-cook, who can prepare breakfast and dinner for guests if desired. No service on Sunday. Check in after 3pm, check out at noon. $400.00 security deposit.

Winter: Oct 16-Apr 15, $400 per night; Summer: Apr 16-Oct 15, $265 per night.
