CSE-5  Conchas Chinas villa -  Taking its inspiration from the beautiful San Angel Hotel in Mexico City, this newly constructed two-story contemporary hacienda-style villa in prestigious upper Conchas Chinas enjoys panoramic vistas of beautiful Banderas Bay, the quaint town of Puerto Vallarta below and the shoreline sweeping north to Punta Mita with the majestic Sierra Madres in the distance. Built around a central downstairs courtyard, the main level of the Casa Serafines offers tremendous bay views from the living room, dining room and bedroom.

The thirty-five foot decorative infinity style pool presents a tranquil view of the horizon, and the barbecue provides al fresco dining. The dining room, kitchen and stairway have antique colonial brick ceilings. The large master bedroom has a Jacuzzi bath. Upstairs are four additional bedrooms, three of which offer sweeping views of the Bay from their balconies. Lush furnishings and quality decor all display the quality and pride of ownership that graces this home of 8,000 square feet. A full time staff of three ensures this villa is delightful even to the most discriminating of travelers. The villa can be combined with it's sister property, the five bedroom Puerto Vallarta villa CDQ-1, for a total of 10 bedroom suites.

Villa features include: 5 bedrooms, 6.5 baths, heated infinity pool, air conditioning in bedrooms, satellite TV, DSL wireless internet, CD and DVD players, phone with unlimited local calls only, outdoor gas grill. Staff includes maid, gardener and cook. Normally a seven day minimum rental (Sat. to Sat. only). Sleeps ten (10) persons comfortably. Seven-eight minute taxi ride from the Puerto Vallarta gay beach and 10 minutes to all downtown and South Side relaxing sidewalk cafes, stores, fine dining spots and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, clubs and cantinas.

Note: This villa is exclusively for the use of renters, no parties or gatherings involving additional persons, weddings, receptions, etc are permitted without the written consent of the local manager or owner.

Villa rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $1,450 per night; Summer, May 1-Oct 31, $1,075 per night; Thanksgiving week, $2,000 per night; Christmas and New Years weeks, $2,500 per night. Rates include tax. Dates requested for rental held for 5 business days pending receipt of 50% deposit; security deposit of one day rental fee due with final payment at 60 days before arrival. No refunds unless able to re-rent for exact dates.
