This lovely hacienda colonial style villa located in the heights of Conchas Chinas with five bedrooms and five and a half baths on three levels has spectacular views overlooking Banderas Bay. There are 8,000 square feet of living space with a large entry courtyard and wood beamed ceilings in the living areas, which open to the 35 foot infinity pool, smaller patio fountain and a large terrace. Many of the beautiful furnishings in the house, from the light fixtures to the inlaid ceilings and dining room table, have been especially handcrafted for the owner and imported from various parts of Mexico. All bedrooms have king beds and remote controlled a/c; two bedrooms also have an additional daybed. The large master suite has its own jacuzzi. Spectacular views of Bay of Banderas from all bedrooms, terraces, baths and pool. Well appointed decor throughout the villa combines Mexican colonial antiques with local folk crafts.
Villa amenities include: Satellite television, VCR, stereo CD-tape player, ceiling fans throughout, purified water system, heated pool, exercycle and electric treadmill, wi-fi internet access, outdoor grill, fully equipped modern kitchen, off street parking. Seven minutes taxi from the beach and ten minutes to downtown.
Staff includes maid, gardener and cook. No dogs or pets. Seven day minimum rental (Saturday to Saturday only). Sleeps ten (10) persons comfortably.
Rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $1390 per night; Summer, May 1-Oct 31, $1025 per night; Thanksgiving week, $2305 per night; Christmas and New Years weeks, $2505 per night.
Dates requested for rental held for 5 business days pending receipt of 50% deposit; security deposit of one day rental fee due with final payment. No refunds unless able to re-rent for exact dates.
