CDQ-1  Upper Conchas Chinas villa -This lovely hacienda colonial style villa located in the heights of Conchas Chinas with five bedrooms and five and a half baths on three levels has spectacular views overlooking Banderas Bay. There are 8,000 square feet of living space with a large entry courtyard and wood beamed ceilings in the living areas, which open to the 35 foot infinity pool, smaller patio fountain and a large terrace. Many of the beautiful furnishings in the house, from the light fixtures to the inlaid ceilings and dining room table, have been especially handcrafted for the owner and imported from various parts of Mexico. All bedrooms have king beds and remote controlled air conditioning; two bedrooms also have an additional daybed. The large master suite has its own jacuzzi. Lovely views of Bay of Banderas from all bedrooms, terraces, baths and the large infinity pool. Well appointed decor throughout this gorgeous Puerto Vallarta villa combines Mexican colonial antiques with local folk crafts.

Villa amenities include: Satellite television, VCR, stereo CD tape player and DVD player, ceiling fans throughout, purified water system throughout the villa, heated 35' infinity pool overlooking Banderas Bay and Puerto Vallarta, exer-cycle, stationary bike and electric treadmill, wi-fi internet access, Vonage long distance with unlimited calls to the USA and Canada, outdoor grill, fully equipped modern kitchen with dishwasher, disposal, cooktop, oven, microwave, refrigerator, toaster, coffee maker and blender, washer and dryer, two car off street parking. Seven minute taxi ride from the Puerto Vallarta gay beach and ten minutes to all downtown and South Side relaxing sidewalk cafes, stores, fine dining spots and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, clubs and cantinas.

Staff includes full time cook, gardener and maid. No pets; no smoking allowed. Kids allowed. Seven day minimum rental (Saturday to Saturday vacation rentals preffered). Sleeps ten (10) persons comfortably.

Villa rates: Winter: November 1-April 30, $1185 per night plus tax; Summer, May 1-October 31, $875 per night; Thanksgiving week, $1970 per night; Christmas and New Years weeks, $2140 per night. Add 18% to all quoted prices. (Rates are subject to change without notice until confirmation of rental)

Dates requested for rental held for five (5) business days pending receipt of 50% deposit; security deposit of one day rental fee due with final payment.
