Located hillside above Los Muertos beach in upper Amapas, less than a mile south of Old Town. Easy access to Los Muertos beach, down the hillside approximately 4-5 blocks, across the main road and down a stairway, puts you right in the center of the popular tourist areas in town with all the charm and energy of the South Side-Romantic Zone. Short taxi ride to the gay beach on Los Muertos and the lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, cantinas, antros, and night-clubs.

The hillside location gives this spacious 7,500 square foot multi-level villa breathtaking views of bay and city. Luxury finishing details include custom hardwoods, natural stone floors and countertops, handmade tiles, huge baths and walk in closets. Professionally decorated with designer furnishings, one of a kind decorative pieces, custom lighting fixtures and an impressive art collection. Fountains and professionally landscaped gardens add an organic, tropical touch.

           

Villa vacation property features: Four ensuite bedrooms each with private attached bath, safe, mini-split a/c, and terraces with ocean view - 3 bedrooms with satellite TV; professionally decorated with high end architectural details; heated Infinity pool; jacuzzi spa on pool terrace; media room with plasma TV; wireless internet service, broad band phone for free long distance to US and Canada; gourmet kitchen with commercial appliances including dishwasher; gas grill on pool terrace; water purification system throughout the villa. This vacation rental includes full staff with cook service twice daily, tips and cost of food and beverage not included. Smoking on terraces only; no children under 14.

Maximum eight (8) persons, with five (5) nights minimum summer and winter, except seven (7) nights minimum over Christmas-New Years holidays. This vacation villa has a $600.00 refundable security deposit.

Villa rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $1,200 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $800 per night; Christmas and News Years weeks: $1,600 per night. Prices include tax and are subject to change without notice until the confirmation of your reservation.
