This beautiful ocean view villa has three bedrooms and four baths. On the first level is the open air dining and living area, dipping pool, kitchen and laundry. Going up the shell-shaped solid rosewood stairs leads you to the two spacious guest bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms with large shell-shaped bathtub. Open your shuttered window and view the ocean while bathing. The third level is the master bedroom, also with its large shell shaped bathtub with a Jacuzzi and walk in closet, all topped by a 40 foot palapa. All bedrooms with king beds, private patio with ocean view and air conditioning. The villa amenities include a water purification system, cable television, VCR, stereo with CD player, maid service, security gate, three car garage, phone, dish washer, overhead fans, and a washer and dryer. No a/c. Nicely decorated with plenty of art and Mexican crafts. The staff includes maid, maintenance man and gardener. Short walk to the Conchas Chinas beach. A cook is available for extra by arrangement.
About 1/2 mile from downtown south this villa's living area opens out to the beautiful bay of Bahia De Banderas. Hence, every room has a spectacular ocean view. Watch the whales surfacing and boats sailing by. Entering through the security gate past the Zalate and banana trees is Casa Concha with its scalloped- shaped balconies. The architectural beauty of this villa is both whimsical and colonial. The 50 foot palapa is designed for better enjoyment of the ocean since there are no windows or doors across the villa on the first floor. The library has a cable T.V., a stereo, phone, two large sofas, books, chairs, a 30 foot shell inlaid into the wall, and a 50 foot palapa roof. The living room also has 2 large sofas, with custom-designed Oaxacan weaving to match the dining room chairs. Throughout the villa is a mix of Iranian and Oaxaxa rugs. The kitchen is well-designed with beautiful tile, a rounded service bar, and bar stools. It also has a large refrigerator with a pure water ice maker, six burner stove, and a dishwasher.
The swim-up bar in the pool is off
the bar area, perfect to serve your friends a cool drink. There is a pantry,
laundry, and safe off the kitchen. The full bathroom on the first
floor has a marvelous tile, rounded window. Going up the rosewood circular
stairway are two bedrooms separated by a hallway with en-suite bathrooms.
The bedrooms are decorated in a southwestern design. The bathrooms are
unique with their rounded wood cabinets, rounded tiled sinks, and rounded
bathtubs shaped like a large shell. They also have shuttered windows
that open up to the ocean view, and private verandas. The third bedroom
is on top, and we call this our jungle bedroom with its zebra rug, four
poster canopy bed with a mosquito net, colorful baskets and African artifacts.
The bathroom is the same as the one and two bedroom bathrooms except that
it has a jacuzzi bathtub and also a large terrace with a canopy top, comfortable
chairs to enjoy the beautiful ocean view. Everything in this villa is pleasant
in the details and design.
