CC-4  Alta Vista villa - Recently renovated authentic Mexican casa, a four bedroom, four bath Puerto Vallarta villa in quaint Old Town residential area with large pool terrace overlooking the town and Banderas Bay. This spacious outdoor entertaining area with pool, fountains and gardens is a perfect gathering place, day or night and includes covered terrace for dining and palapa seating by the refreshing pool.

Completely walled in, this Puerto Vallarta villa has security and seclusion yet offers its guests some magnificent views of Puerto Vallarta and Banderas Bay from its hillside location in the Alta Vista area. The villa is nicely decorated, has high ceilings in the combination living and kitchen area and the dining/family room features a gas log fireplace. The blended use of masonry, stonework and native floor and ceiling tiles creates a pleasant effect. Outdoor amenities include a large patio area and heated swimming pool with wet bar, outdoor grill and thatched palapa for shade. The furnishings and decor reflect the true Mexican flavor in a nice setting. Each bedroom has individually controlled air conditioning and all rooms and patios feature ceiling fans. There are three king beds and two twins (which can be converted to a king). This Puerto Vallarta villa has a washer/dryer, CD and DVD players, internet wireless, two multilingual cable televisions, iron and ironing board, and Vonage with unlimited calls to the US. The equipped kitchen provides modern conveniences including range, toaster, microwave, coffee maker, blender and bottled water. Street parking.

Villa staff of two with houseman and maid, with service six days a week. Cook service for breakfast only; dinner service may be available, depending on availability, for an additional fee of $50 USD; tips to staff and cost of food and beverages for cook service not included. For an additonal fee laundry is available. Small pets may sometimes be allowed. Child friendly, few stairs in the villa. Non-smoking. All holiday bookings require a 7-day minimal reservation.

Great central location in the Alta Vista residential area above the South Side-Romantic Zone. Handy stairway down to main tourist area. Approximately 10-12 minute walk or quick taxi to all South Side shopping, dining and vibrant Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of clubs, cantinas and bars; a short 10-15 minute stroll to the Blue chairs of the Puerto Vallarta gay beach on Los Muertos beach.

Eight (8) persons maximum. $400 refundable security deposit. Staff normally off on Sunday and Mexican holidays.
Note: May 1 until October 31, One free night with a 5 night rental, and 2 free nights with a seven night rental!

Villa rates: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30 except holidays, $500 per night; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $500 per night plus free night/s; Holidays: Nov 23-30 and Dec 19-Jan 3 at $850 per night.
