AZC-3  Conchas Chinas villa - Luxurious ocean-front villa with three large bedrooms and three and a half baths. The courtyard entry leads to an exquisitely furnished spacious villa with some 4,000 square feet of interior space and an additional 2,000 square feet of terraces, gardens, and heated infinity pool. Traditional Mexican furniture graces the terra cotta floors and antique hand-hewn beamed ceilings hang overhead. All rooms are beautifully decorated with Mexican art objects. This upscale Puerto Vallarta vacation villa has recently been refreshed and restored with attention paid to every detail including the addition of some new artwork and electronic upgrades. Guests will be even more satisfied with all the comforts the Villa Azul Celeste offers.

On the ground floor is a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a powder room, all with antique hand-hewn beamed ceilings. The spacious villa living room is sophisticated and comfortable. The master suite on the upper floor is spectacular with a king bed, fireplace, his-and-her bath with a jacuzzi tub and a cupola shower overlooking the sea. A palapa-covered terrace off of the master suite offers a great place to sit with your morning coffee, a good book, or an afternoon cocktail as you watch the sunset over Banderas Bay.

The two guest bedrooms are poolside and each has a king bed and one has a large garden bath with a sculptured rock formation and tropical plants. This impressive villa overlooks the Flags Bay (Bahia de Banderas) with a great heated swimming pool that appears to be a continuation of the ocean. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and beds have been recently updated with new bedding and pillows.

Villa amenities include: Heated pool, ocean views, fireplaces, telephone, fax, high speed internet access, water purification system, DVD player, blu-ray player, iPod docking station, Vonage, bar on the pool terrace, cable/satellite TV, BBQ grill, high end appliances, semi-private beach down a stairway below pool, safe in unit, laundry services, private parking. Staff includes daily maid service (except Sunday and Mexican holidays), gardener, a cook (fees may apply), and an english speaking general manager-houseman.

Sleeps six (6) guests maximum. This Puerto Vallarta villa vacation rental is located approximately three miles south of downtown, short taxi ride to many South Side fine restaurants, shopping and lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife. Children under 12 not permitted; no pets; no student or team groups. Minimum five (5) night rental; twelve (12) nights at Christmas.

Villa prices: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 17 and Jan 5-Mar 31, $800.00 per night; Summer: Apr 1-Oct 31, $650.00 per night; Christmas and New Years holidays, $1,250.00 per night. Note: Please add 16% tax to these prices. $750 refundable security deposit due with final payment. Until confirmed rates are subject to change without notice. Final payment is due 65-70 days before arrival, except for holidays at 90-95 days before arrival.
