AZC-3  Conchas Chinas villa - Luxurious ocean-front villa with three large bedrooms and three and a half baths. The courtyard entry leads to an exquisitely furnished spacious villa with 4,500 square feet of interior space and an additional 2,000 square feet of terraces, gardens, and heated infinity pool. Traditional Mexican furniture graces the terra cotta floors and antique hand-hewn beamed ceilings hang overhead. All rooms are beautifully decorated with Mexican art objects.

On the ground floor is a living room, dining room, fully equipped kitchen and a powder room, all with antique hand-hewn beamed ceilings. The spacious living room is sophisticated and comfortable. The master suite on the upper floor is spectacular with a king bed, fireplace, his-and-her bath with a jacuzzi tub and a cupola shower overlooking the sea. The two guest bedrooms are poolside and each has a king bed and one has a large garden bath with a sculptured rock formation and tropical plants. This impressive villa overlooks the Bay of Banderas with a great heated swimming pool that appears to be a continuation of the ocean. All bedrooms are air conditioned and have satellite TV and VCR.

Amenities include: Heated pool, ocean views, fireplaces, telephone, fax, high speed internet, water purification system, DVD player, bar on the pool terrace, semi-private beach down a stairway below pool, and the staff includes full daily maid service, a cook for two meals a day, gardener and an english speaking general manager.

Sleeps six (6) guests maximum. Approximately two miles south of downtown Vallarta, short taxi ride to all South Side restaurants, shopping and lively nightlife. Children under 12 not permitted; no pets. Minimum five (5) night rental; twelve (12) nights at Christmas.

Winter: Nov 1-Dec 18 and Jan 5-April 29, $920 per night; Summer: April 30-Oct 31, $750 per night; Holiday: Dec 19-Jan 4, $1440 per night. Prices include tax.
