PDS-71-A  Los Muertos beach Condo - Luxurious seventh floor two bedroom, two and a half baths, 2,700 square foot penthouse condominium with lovely ocean views of Banderas Bay and the Los Muertos beach area. The bedrooms each have king bed and private bath; king bed in the guest room may be made into two singles. This very nicely appointed vacation rental has a spacious living and dining area, high ceilings, cable TV, CD and DVD players, jacuzzi, telephone, internet wireless, safe in unit, overhead ceiling fans and air conditioning. The modern and fully equipped kitchen includes cook top, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, blender, dishwasher, purified water system, a washer-dryer, iron and ironing board. Upscale, with stunning views from the full wrap around balconies. Smoking permitted only outside; children ok; pets not allowed.

Condo building features: Elevator, security gate, ocean-front common area sundeck terrace and heated dipping pool a, maid service, reception desk and 24 hour security, and the beachfront bar and restaurant El Lido. Wheelchair accessible. The Playa del Sol condominium building complex is located in the same block as the Blue and Green Chairs of the Puerto Vallarta gay beaches, and also is a short walk to all South Side shops, relaxing cafes and fine restaurants and the vibrant Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife with its great variety of bars, lounges, clubs and cantinas.

Maid service every other day per week; extra service available for approx 250-300 pesos. Check in at 3pm and check out at Noon. Note: A refundable security deposit of $300 USD is required with the final payment. This lovely beachfront condominium accommodates up to four (4) guests maximum. Three (3) night minimum, except for holidays with seven (7) nights.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 19 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $285 per night, $1,710 weekly; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, 2011, $205 per night; Holidays, Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 20-Jan 3, $355 per night.
