PDS-201-A  Los Muertos beach Condo - Second floor beachfront condo unit in one of the newer condominium buildings on Los Muertos beach (built in 1998) with a total of 63 units in three buildings, with 31 units in the ocean-front Tower A. Two bedrooms, master bedroom with queen bed and the guest bedroom with two singles, private baths, equipped kitchen with cook-top, oven, refrigerator, blender, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and bottled water, cable television, air conditioned in bedrooms, wireless internet, ceiling fans, linens and towels, washer and dryer, and there is a safe in this vacation rental condo.

Pleasant ocean and beach view from the balcony veranda...so there's just about everything you'll need to for a fun and sun-filled vacation in beautiful in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico. Smoking allowed on balcony, children ok, pets are not allowed. Maid service twice (2 times) during a seven day rental. Four (4) persons maximum.

Condo building features: Security gate, elevator, ocean-front common area heated dipping pool and sun deck terrace, maid service one time (1) per seven day rental, wireless internet in the common area near the pool-terrace, gym-exercise room, reception desk, 24 hour security, and the upscale beachfront bar and restaurant Sapphire Beach Club. Wheelchair accessible. The One Beach Street is located in the same block as the world famous Blue and Green chairs gay beach.

There are 63 condo units total in the three buildings of One Beach Street Vallarta (formerly know as the Playa del Sol or the Blue Seas Resort): Tower A is ocean-front with Bay view, Tower B is ocean-side with partial ocean-view, and Tower C is street side with no ocean view.

Short walk or taxi to the many South Side fine restaurants, sidewalk cafes, and the high-energy gay nightlife with its great variety of bars, lounges, clubs and Mexican cantinas. A 10-12 minute stroll along Los Muertos beach or Olas Altas street to the new pedestrian bridge across the Cuale River and you are into the downtown Malecon area with its many tourist attractions, shops, nightclubs and restaurants.

Condo prices: Winter: Nov 1-Apr 30, $200 per night, except holidays; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $159 per night; Holiday weeks of Christmas and New Years: Dec 20-Jan 3, and also Easter Week, $248 per night.
