Two bedrooms with king beds, each with separate bath, recently re-decorated in modern style with rich colors and artwork, balcony with a lovely view of the whole bay and beach, a fully equipped kitchen with microwave, toaster, coffee maker and blender, cable television, CD and DVD players, hair dryer, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans in all rooms. Certainly one of the nicer condos in the building. $150 refundable security deposit. Smoking ok; pets not allowed. Approximately 900 square feet. Sleeps four (4) guests maximum.

Condo building with staff of 15, elevator, maid service six days per week (except Sunday and Mexican holidays), large common heated rooftop pool and terrace sundeck area with panoramic views of Vallarta and Banderas Bay, 24 hour reception desk and security, and one of Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants. La Palapa condos are very centrally located so it's a short walk or taxi to all South Side relaxing sidewalk cafes, fine restaurants and stores, lively Puerto Vallarta gay nightlife of bars, lounges and clubs, and a short two blocks to the the well known gay beach at the Blue and Green chairs. Stroll along Los Muertos beach and then cross the popular pedestrian bridge to the malecon boardwalk of the Puerto Vallarta el Centro downtown area. Owners request $2-3 gratuity tip per day per person to the maid.

Condo rates: Winter: Nov 1-Dec 20 and Jan 4-Apr 30, $250 per night except Holiday weeks; Summer: May 1-Oct 31, $185 per night; Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New years weeks 7 night minimum, $285 per night. (Condo rates are subject to change without notice until confirmed)
