LP-602  Los Muertos beach Condo - Sixth floor ocean front/center condo. Two bedrooms with king bed in master and two twins/king in guest bedroom, each with bath, a fully equipped kitchen (includes stove and oven, refrigerator, new electronic mr. coffee, microwave, blender, toaster, purified water outlet), new flat screen cable television in living room, Bose wave radio with toggle to connect, new mini-split air conditioning for the main living area and a/c units in the bedrooms, ceiling fans in all rooms, ample living and dining area, in-house telephone, very nicely decorated, balcony terrace with a lovely view of the whole of Banderas Bay and Los Muertos beach.

This condo has been recently totally remodeled and refurbished to include such things as new bath and hand towels in bathrooms, new dishes, pots and pans, silverware, blender, bed sheets and blankets in bedrooms, beach towels, wireless internet, linens provided, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

Important Note: This property charges the full rental amount at the time of the initial reservation. Additionally, there is a $225.00 fully refundable security deposit which I hold for my clients in case of damages, and then send back within 7-10 days of departure. The refundable security deposit can sent at any time, but at the latest must arrive at least thirty (30) days before arrival.

The beachfront balcony can now comfortably seat up to six people and has lovely panoramic views of Los Muertos beach, Banderas Bay and the Sierra Madre mountains which ring the bay. You will be immediately soothed by the refreshing tropical breezes and gentle sound of waves. A non-smoking condo (smoking only allowed on balcony please), children must be over age of 15; wheelchair inaccessible; no pets are permitted. Sleeps up to four (4) guests maximum. Note: There is a $250 refundable security deposit payable at the time of final payment. 

Condo building with staff of fifteen employees, 24 hour reception desk and security, a new elevator, maid service six days per week (except Sunday and national holidays), a large common area rooftop heated pool and terrace sun-deck with magnificent panoramic views of Puerto Vallarta, the mountains and Banderas Bay. One of Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants is located in front of the condo building. Centrally located so a very short stroll to all South Side bars, restaurants and lively nightlife, two blocks to the Blue and Green chairs of the gay beach.

Also of convenience, there is within several blocks of this perfect location just about everything you could need for your vacation: restaurants, bars, ATMs, currency exchange, rental cars, spas for massage, stores and coffee shops, pharmacies, internet cafes and juice bars, grocery and convenience stores, and more. No car is needed as you can walk to virtually everything and the local taxi stand is but fifty feet from the La Palapa building door.

Note: It's possible that you might experience some noise due to any renovations in some units in the La Palapa building during the summer months from approximately May 1-Oct 31.

Condo Rates: Winter: Nov 1-Mar 31, $400 per night; Summer I: May, $305 per night: Summer II: Jun 1-Aug 31 and Oct, $255 per night; Sept, $355 per night; Holidays: Thanksgiving, Nov 21-26 and Christmas and New Years weeks, Dec 21-Jan 7, $400 per night.
