Two bedrooms with king bed in master and two twins/king in guest bedroom, each with private bath, fully equipped kitchen, cable television, DVD and CD players, air conditioning in bedrooms, ceiling fans in all rooms, ample living and dining area, nicely decorated, balcony terrace with a lovely view of the whole of Banderas Bay and Los Muertos beach. There is a waffle pad if guests want to make a king bed in the guest bedroom.

Condo building with staff of fifteen employees, 24 hour reception desk and security, elevator, maid service six days per week (except Sunday and holidays), a large common area rooftop heated pool and terrace sun-deck area with magnificent panoramic views of all of Puerto Vallarta, the mountains and Banderas Bay. One of Vallarta's most popular beachfront restaurants is located in front of the condo building. Centrally located so a very short stroll to all South Side bars, restaurants and lively nightlife, two blocks to the Blue and Green chairs of the PV gay beach.

Condo Rates: Winter: October 15-April 15, $275 per night, except holiday weeks and February; Mid-season: April 15-June 1, $180 per night; Summer: June 1-October 15, $150 per night; Holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Years weeks and month of February, $310 per night.
