PD-65 - Los Muertos beach condo - Sixth floor ocean front condo in one of Puerto Vallarta's newer condominium buildings with seven floors and forty two units. Studio style/one bedroom with king bed, very nice large bathroom with over-sized oval tub with shower, fully equipped kitchen with snack bar, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee pot and full size refrigerator.

This beach-front condominium also features an entertainment center in living room with cable TV with DVD and VHS player, CD stereo system, local phone and DSL internet, air conditioning in bedroom, ceiling fans, local telephone, and a living area opening onto balcony with a lovely Los Muertos beach and ocean view. Sleeps two (2) guests maximum. Three night minimum. Smoking ok; no pets. Not set up for small children. Approximately 1,000 square feet. There is a new rule in the building that a guest is not permitted to bring in a visitor after 10pm, but I am not sure how strictly this is enforced.

Condo building features: Ground level common area pool (unheated) and sundeck terrace, security gate, elevator, 24 hour reception desk, maid service once a week from April to October and twice per week November to March, private beach umbrellas for client use. Bank, liquor store, internet cafe and two ocean-front restaurants in the Plaza Dorada beachfront condominium building. Short walk to all South Side stores, excellent restaurants, the lively gay Puerto Vallarta nightlife with its variety of bars, clubs and cantinas, and the Blue Chairs PV gay beach on Los Muertos beach. A short stroll north across the Cuale river into the Puerto Vallarta downtown Malecon area.
