PD-605 - Los Muertos beach condo - Sixth floor ocean front condo in one of Puerto Vallarta's newer condominium buildings, with 42 units and seven floors. Studio style/one bedroom with king bed, very nice large bathroom with over-sized oval tub with shower, fully equipped kitchen with snack bar, blender, toaster, microwave, coffee pot and full size refrigerator.

This beach-front condominium also features an entertainment center in living room with smart TV with cable service, CD stereo system, wireless internet, air conditioning in bedroom, ceiling fans, local telephone service, and a living area opening onto balcony with a lovely Los Muertos beach and Banderas Bay ocean view. Sleeps two (2) guests maximum. Smoking ok; no pets. Not set up for small children. Approximately 1,000 square feet. There is a rule in the building that a guest is not permitted to bring in a visitor after 10pm, but I am not sure how strictly this is enforced.

Condo building features: Ground level common area pool and sundeck terrace, security gate, 24 hour reception desk, elevator, maid service several times per week, private beach umbrellas for client use. Bank, internet cafe, liquor store and two beach-front restaurants in this lovely beachfront condominium building.

Short walk to all South Side stores, excellent restaurants, the lively gay nightlife with its variety of bars, clubs and Mexican cantinas, and the Blue Chairs PV gay beach on Los Muertos. A short stroll across the Cuale river to the downtown Malecon area and all its thrilling activity, nightlife, shopping and art galleries.

Condominium rates: Winter: Nov 1-April 30, $135 per night; Summer: May 1-October 31, $130 per night; Holidays, Christmas and New Year, please inquire. Generally five (5) nights minimum during the year, except for seven (7) nights for the holidays. (Prices as of August 2016.
