One of the stateliest villas in Puerto Vallarta overlooking the heart of the city built largely of stone in the Mexican tradition and giving the feel of a European castle, but with all the modern amenities. Tastefully decorated and recently remodeled, this three to five bedroom, five bath villa in the Alta Vista area has a total of 10,000 square feet of living space, lush gardens and heated swimming pool. The first floor has a fully equipped kitchen, cable television, ample living and dining areas which open onto the spacious sun deck terrace with dipping pool and its lovely views of Vallarta and Banderas Bay. The two principal bedrooms on the main floor have a king and a queen bed, high wood beamed ceilings, their own baths and a common balcony with a city/mountain view. The back bedroom of these two is larger and opens to a beautiful palapa roofed patio and garden area. Downstairs, the fourth bedroom has a king bed, private bath, two person jacuzzi and little terrace with sitting area and hammock. The second floor master bedroom is large, taking up the upper front half of villa, with king bed, high beamed ceilings, sitting area, walk in closet, a jacuzzi with a cupola (dome) ceiling, and its own rooftop terrace with city and bay view. The newly added fifth bedroom, also upstairs, has king bed, bath and a private palapa terrace. All bedrooms with air conditioning. A popular villa.

Amenities include: Satellite television, DVD, CD Stereo with IPOD docks, wireless internet, water purification system in kitchen, free long distance, solar/gas-heated dipping pool. The villa is a short walking distance of downtown, the South Side and Los Muertos beach.

Experienced staff with maid and partial cook service daily except Sunday and holidays. Cook service for breakfast only, dinner service available for additional fee. May be rented as a 3, 4 or 5 bedroom villa; two (2) guests per bedroom max. Note: Villa deposit is non-refundable, unless the villa can be re-rented for the exact time period.
