VV-5 Conchas Chinas villa - One of Puerto Vallarta's impressive old "Vallarta style" villas in the middle of Conchas Chinas beach with over 12,000 sq. ft. of living space. Imposing palapa roofed five bedroom villa built on multiple levels that is located directly on Conchas Chinas beach. All bedrooms are nicely appointed in the Mexican style and with mini-split a/c. The master bedroom has a king bed, VCR television, luxury shower and its own sitting area. Two bedrooms have king beds, two with queen each and the fifth has two doubles/king. Three of these bedrooms with small terraces with lovely ocean views. The architecture has a Mediterranean influence with vaulted ceilings with massive wooden beams & red tile roof.
Dining room and living room are under the huge 50 ft. palapa, over 1800 sq. feet total, the largest in Puerto Vallarta. Oversized dipping pool and sun deck terrace extend naturally from the living room.
Villa includes: five air conditioned bedrooms, 5-1/2 baths, heated dipping pool, poolside bar and large sun deck, extensive music library, high speed internet access with WIFI network, satellite TV, open air dining and living area, free long distance calling to the US and Canada, water purification system, tropical gardens. Full staff of maid, cook and houseman. Sleeps up to ten (10) guests maximum.
Fifteen minute walk to Los Muertos beach and the
South Side or short trip by taxi. Five (5) night minimum; except seven
(7) night min. for Christmas and New Years. Winter: $1,500 per night;
Summer: $1,200 per night; Holidays: $2,000 per night.
