VDC-5  Conchas Chinas Villa - This property, Villa del Cielo, offer a total of 5 bedrooms and 6 baths together in the Main house and the additional Casita. Both houses offer living, dining and kitchen areas. The homes were built in classic Puerto Vallarta style with beautiful tiles, dark wood doors, tile roof and open living spaces, which include views of Banderas Bay and a private heated pool. The Main house has three bedrooms each with king size bed, ceiling fan, air conditioning and bathroom with shower, plus an extra one half bath off the poolside bar. The smaller house, the Casita has two bedrooms, each with a king size bed, high ceiling, a/c and ceiling fan, with one shared full bathroom with shower and one half bath. Both houses offer living, dining and kitchen areas. The Casita also has its own private garden terrace area.

A spacious and beautiful living room with vaulted wood beamed ceiling and large, arched windows takes up half the Main house, with a fireplace, TV, DVD, stereo with CD/tape player, books, games and some DVDs.  The living area in the main house opens onto a large outdoor terrace which stretches the width of the house with a view of Banderas Bay. The terrace overlooks the outdoor patio, heated dipping pool, garden and the palapa covered bar. The bar area has seating, a refrigerator and blender. Dining areas are provided in the Main house, Casita, on the terrace and at the palapa bar. The Casita offers a small sitting room with a TV with DVD player, and has a stove, microwave, refrigerator and a dining table for four.

Over 7,000 square feet of interior spaces and terraces make this pleasant Puerto Vallarta villa rental a pleasant vacation retreat, just minutes down to the Conchas Chinas beaches and a short taxi ride to the South Side shops and restaurants and the Puerto Vallarta Los Muertos gay beach (or else a 15-17 minute walk to the Blue and Green chairs).

Staff includes housekeeper and houseman for 5-1/2 days a week. Cook may be available at an extra charge. Sleeps up to ten (10) guests max. $400 refundable security deposit due with final payment. Five (5) night minimum during winter months; three (3) night minimum in summer; seven (7) night minimum for Christmas and New Years weeks.

Winter: Nov 1-May 31, $695 per night; Summer: June 1-Oct 31, $595 per night; Christmas/New Years, $795 per night.
