A private beach-front 5 bedroom, 6 bath villa located one and a half miles south of downtown Puerto Vallarta in the Conchas Chinas area. The multilevel villa has entry at the top level with the main living and dining level three levels down, then down one more level to pool and beach. Thus the villa’s 6,500 sq. ft. on four levels cascades down the hillside between the coastal road and the beach below.
The house is designed in the traditional classical Mexican colonial hacienda-style with large windows and doors open to the sea breezes, and includes all the amenities and comforts as well as a full staff and heated pool. While traditional in design and décor, the villa is equipped with all the modern conveniences high-speed internet connection with WiFi throughout most of the villa and free long distance phone service (Vonage) to the US and Canada. There is direct access to a secluded sandy beach with great snorkeling. The pool deck features a large, heated infinity pool and adjacent Jacuzzi spa.
The expansive pool deck with 1,500 sq. ft. of natural cantera stone has a palapa bar, deck lounges and cushions for sun bathing and traditional equepale chairs and tables for entertaining and dining. The 25' by 12' heated infinity pool has an adjacent large jacuzzi pool with benches and a fountain.
With three king and two queen beds, the villa accommodates up to 10 guests. Each of the bedrooms has marble floors, air conditioning, full bathroom ensuite, plus balcony with ocean and jungle views. Pets and children welcome.
Property includes: 5 bedrooms each with a/c, ocean view and private bath; approximately 6,000 sq. ft of living space; media room with big screen satellite TV, DVD, VHS, CD and tape playe, games and traditional Mexican toys; ceiling fans in the bedrooms, living room, and the pool deck; handcrafted colonial furniture; heated infinity pool & jacuzzi; sandy beach; pool deck with wet bar, fridge & gas BBQ; Full staff of three: maid, houseman and a cook who can prepare up to two meals per day; plus a pool person and gardener.
