This air-conditioned oceanfront villa with some 3,500 square feet of living space has two levels. On the entrance level is the living and dining area open to the ocean tropical breezes, fully equipped kitchen, ocean view terrace, and the master bedroom with king bed, private bath and its own television and VCR. The two bedrooms on the upper level have two king beds each and private baths. This villa sleeps up to ten and features a fireplace in the spacious living room, cable television, CD player, VCR, fully equipped kitchen, overhead fans, jacuzzi, telephone, beach chairs and towels, and daily maid service. A personal cook can prepare two meals a day upon request. The rooftop terrace offers a pool, palapa and lovely ocean views of Banderas Bay. One of three sister villas in a large seven floor building on the Conchas Chinas beach, TVA-3 occupies the top two penthouse levels.
