CS-2 Conchas Chinas villa - Recently built deluxe contemporary four bedroom villa situated on a quiet beautiful white sandy beach located on the scenic Mismaloya highway on the South Shores, just south of Conchas Chinas. Clean lines, granite countertops, seagrass furniture, large glass picture windows, stainless steel and original artwork add to the beauty of the natural setting. An elevator makes getting around the four levels a breeze. Four bedrooms each with king bed, a/c, satellite TV, private bath and ocean views. There is an optional one bedroom garden casita suitable for an extra guest or two older teens/young adults.
Villa features large living room, dining area and modern fully equipped kitchen, DSL internet access, DVD player, infinity style heated swimming pool, outdoor grill, new exercise facility, satellite TV in all bedrooms as well as the living area and a water purification system throughout the entire villa. Eight to ten (8-10) guests. Staff includes house manager, cook, assistants and maids.
Bordered on one side by a rocky point with a sea cave, and a fabulous semi-private beach on the other, the ocean views are spectacular and an ideal setting for relaxed and elegant entertaining. This estate is part of a spectacular two villa complex (see villa CS-1); both villas are completely private and self contained, yet would make a perfect joint property for a large group. Approximately 3-4 miles from downtown Puerto Vallarta.
Seven night min. in winter (Fri or Sat arrival only) and five nights in summer (all nights in the same week). Note: during winter season, minimum five night stay if both CS-1 and CS-2 villas taken by same party (all nights in the same week)
